Man vs Wild is a survival television series hosted by Bear Grylls. In the show, Grylls both demonstrates and narrates techniques for wilderness survival in regions around the globe, from ice fields, mountain ranges, swamps and deserts. I think it’s a pretty good show for us to learn how to survive in the extream environment, although you may not actually be in those situations. But who knows?
